1. Initial Assessment

The program begins with three assessment tools that help you gain clarity on your current situation, your goals, and what's driving you. Many clients report that these assessments alone provide significant value and insights.


2. Kick-off Session

We start with a comprehensive 90-minute call where we review your assessments, identify any gaps, and create a tailored plan for your six-month journey.


3. Bi-Monthly Coaching Sessions

You'll have two 60-minute coaching sessions per month. These sessions are where we dive deep into your challenges, celebrate your wins, and work through the program's core components.


4. Five-Step Methodology

Throughout the program, you'll learn and apply my proven five-step methodology for ongoing success. This is what takes you from where you are, to where you want to go:

This methodology is designed to take you from feeling stuck to actualizing success in your career and personal life.


5. Continuous Support via Signal App

Between sessions, you have 24/7 access to me through the Signal app. This encrypted platform allows you to ask questions, share victories, and get support whenever you need it. I find this to be one of the most impactful components of the program because this is where you stay accountable. This is where you keep momentum going.


This used to be a bonus of being part of the burnout coaching program, but after seeing so many client make leaps and bounds with this tool, I decided to make it a core tenant of the program.

6. Monthly Checkpoints

Each month, you'll receive checkpoint emails to help you assess your progress and ensure you're on track to meet your goals. This ensures that you get exactly what you came here for. It's an opportunity to check-in and pivot, where necessary.


7. Intentional Integration Periods

The program includes designated periods for you to integrate. In today's world, we learn something and then we're pushed to the next thing without time to digest. The program has these intentional windows where clients can implement what you've learned, experiment with new strategies, and reflect on your progress to mastery... all while being fully supported in the program.


8. Graduation and Post-Program Support

As you near the end of the six months, we focus on solidifying your learnings and preparing you for continued success. Even after your final session, you'll have a buffer period with continued access to support through the Signal app.

I've actually never shared this publicly, but clients that join Freedom also get access to a vault of previously recorded webinars, useful handouts, recommended retreats/spas, supplemental reading materials and more. This is a resource that continues to grow and is a forever tool for clients to have after they graduate from the program.


This is a major bonus for the woman who likes to dig deeper in the program with more guided content. It's also a great resource post-graduation to keep momentum strong.

Hey, everybody. It's another Billable hour burnout. Hello, hello and welcome. How's everybody doing today? I hope you're doing great. It is September 19. It is a beautiful fall day where I am, and I hope it is for you. But let's get into it today because we've got a good one right here, right now.

Here's what I know to be true. There are women out there who are on the hunt for freedom. They're not getting promoted at work. They're not getting recognized. They're feeling a lack of confidence. Maybe they're feeling, like, unhealthy, not strong in their body. They're feeling low energy. They're not making time to exercise because they don't have time to exercise. They're not using their time efficiently. They're taking counterproductive breaks like scrolling on Facebook or Instagram or maybe just running out to drive for a soda versus going for a walk. Maybe you're overthinking. Oh, this woman even believes that she can't even get out of the situation she's in now. That's for some of you. But maybe the circumstances are true. But you're out there today because you know that you deserve more. You know that you deserve freedom. And today I'm going to tell you all about it.

I'm going to take you behind the scenes of my program, freedom. I'm answering all your frequently asked questions, and I'm giving you a peek of what it's like to work with me. But first, welcome to the show. This is billable hour burnout. My name is Lauren Baptiste, your big four auditor and regulatory tax compliant consultant turned life coach. And you're listening to billable hour burnout. All right, everybody, I wanna give you a little update. I always give you an update. A lot's going on. I hear that it's September energy. There's just a lot of change. Change in season, change in things at work, right. That September work hustle is in full effect. I start my, what I call my fall tour, my fall speaking tour. Next week I'll be in Nashville and then I'll be making my way to Napa, New York City, some virtual, but I'm starting my speaking tour for the fall and I'm excited to get it going until Thanksgiving. I will be giving you even next week's episode is going to be a behind the scenes of the conference I'm going to be at and to tell you what I learned from being at that conference and how to manage your stress and overwhelm while you're doing all the things. But let's talk about that next week.

Right now, I want to tell you about a client success story from my client, Kristen, who is a vice president wealth management advisor. She said coaching helped me make a mindset shift that I didn't think I could have made on my own. Lauren helped me believe in myself and provided a framework to prioritize my actions. The mindset and belief work, though, were the biggest shifts for me.

Now, I know you. I know that you've been thinking about what you want, what you need for yourself. There are so many women out there who are like, I know that it needs to get better, and I'm here to deliver it to you on a silver platter. My program, freedom, is a six month program and it is something I've been doing with my clients. This program has been going on for years. The success I've seen in clients has been happening for a really long time, and my guess is for you, being in the profession so long, the stressors are showing up. They're getting in the way of you enjoying life. And I want to talk to you about this solution because it works.

I often don't go into all of the details of it, but I was like, you know what? Let me create a space and talk about it with you today. So the program, freedom, is for someone who's feeling like they can't get a minute to breathe. You're dealing with colleagues who are micromanaging or territorial and creating excess work and stress for you. You're feeling like you're not fully fulfilled at work because most of your day is doing administrative tasks that keep piling up, and the things that you actually enjoy doing keep getting pushed on the back burner. Maybe feel like you're not getting the opportunities that you deserve, the title, the promotion, the money that you deserve even after nearly killing yourself for decades of work. You're thinking about when maybe in your spare time, you're thinking about building your resume. You're talking to others about getting a new job, you need freedom. If you're scrolling on social media, if you're feeling like you're wanderlusting about vacations, a better job and a better life, this is why you need freedom. You need to cultivate it within yourself. And that's what the program is meant to do.

This program has been simply made and powerfully effective for burned out women in the profession. I talk to women and to. I know I am always talking about women in accounting, law, consulting. I've worked with women in finance. I've worked with women in real estate. I've worked with women who are really. The commonality is that they're feeling stuck after being so professional earlier in their days, and they feel like they're hitting a plateau. They either want more success and they're not hitting it because of something getting in the way, or they are successful, but they're not enjoying it. So this is who is good for my program. It's this woman who's feeling stuck, who's not feeling herself, who feels like there's better out there and is ready for something better. She's not trying to figure it out on her own. She's ready to have the tools, the techniques, the mind shift set shift, the methodology to get you there.

So let me tell you about freedom and the process. In the program, I focus on developing three core skills within you, burnout, recovery, and prevention. First and foremost. Cause you're coming to me likely burned out. So we need to get you out of burnout, and we need to make sure it doesn't happen again. I focus on mindset and resilience, being able to enter any situation that comes your way and being able to handle it. And the third is rebuilding confidence. When you continue to work your way up the ladder, your confidence naturally dips. You're entering new environments, new roles, new situations that you're nothing prepare for. But what happens is, over time, too, when we feel like maybe I don't deserve to be in the room, maybe I'm not working hard enough, I'm always behind. Our confidence drops. So when we work on these core skills of burnout, recovery, mindset, rebuilding confidence, it all starts to click.

Now, here's what it looks like. The program is succinct. Like I mentioned earlier, it's simple. It's made for the woman who's feeling stressed and burned out. Because I get how one more thing can be one more thing. But this is where it's very easy. We start with assessment tools. This is the only homework you have throughout the program. But then you meet with me and we start and we kick off with a 90 minutes call. We meet twice a month. That's pretty much every other week for 60 minutes. And then you have access to me on an app called signal to ask me anything, anytime. Now, this is the program. It is so simple and so effective. But today I thought it'd be really fun to share ten reasons why I'm in love with this program and why I think you'll be, too.

Number one, I've talked about this before, but I have a five step methodology for ongoing success. The five steps are energy, strategy, clarity, harmony, mastery. These five steps are what get you from where you are today, feeling stuck, not feeling yourself, feeling like you want to open up a Starbucks or. Or a local cafe. And it gets you to actualizing the success in the career that you really want for yourself. We see a shift from I don't feel healthy to I feel like, or I've lost 50 pounds. I feel the strongest I've ever been, and I have a routine and a plan that feels really good. Right. You can see the shift from I am a, for the first time ever, getting a low review. I'm an underperformer. Them becoming an over performer or somebody who knocks it out of the park and gets the bonuses and the accolades that they deserve, right? This is what can happen in six months. So my five step methodology, number one, is not saying it's the top reason, but it's one of my top ten reasons of why I love freedom.

So when you're in the program, you learn the five steps that I talked you through to be successful, to create what I call that ongoing success, mastery. That fifth step is all about learning everything that you've embodied. The tools, the tips, the mindset shifts, right? This is what you're learning. This is what you have. And you use this five step process over and over and over again until you get what you want. And honestly, people get it the first time. But let's say years down the road, you're in a new situation. You can still use this five step method on your own. And that's what I teach. This is not just teaching you something for a period of time. This is a process that you have for life.

Number two, what I love about the program, freedom, is the assessments. The assessments are three worksheets, three handouts. They're virtual, but they're. You can complete them online. But honestly, so many of my clients, they come to the first call and they're like, wow, I already got my values worth just by doing these assessment tools. And then you still have six months of coaching with me. In the coaching tools, you learn about yourself. You learn about how you currently are showing up in the world. You learn about your goals. You go deep into what it is that you want and why it drives you. You have a whole plan and a framework before we even kick off.

Then, number three, we go into the program. And what I love about the program is that it builds sequentially. You have the assessments, we kick start the program, and in that 1st 90 minutes call, we go through everything. I identify any gaps, we bridge those gaps, and we set the plan for the six months ahead. We know exactly what we're aiming for, we know exactly what we're striving to do, and we do it. So after that 90 minutes call, then we get into our bi monthly sessions. The initial sessions are help building the skill sets that you need to be most successful, to recover from burnout, to build that resilient mindset, and to rebuild the confidence. And then the sessions that follow, we move at your pace based on what you're looking for, based on what's happening in your life. That's the best part about this one on one coaching program. We're not waiting for others to have the same experience of you, or we're not waiting for others to catch up while you're trying to move ahead, or the group is moving ahead of you and you need more time. We are moving at your pace, giving you exactly what you need and making sure you hit all the success along the way. And then the program wraps up with graduation. So as this program builds sequentially, it wraps up with what I call graduation. This is where at the end, not only are you hitting that harmony, clarity, strategy, energy, but now you are mastering it. You know exactly what you need to do. You know how you need to move forward, and you execute. You continue to execute. From day one, we execute, and day. Well, month six, you continue to execute. And what I love with the program is that it supports you throughout each step of the way with a framework.

Okay, number four, it's the perfect cadence. Freedom meets twice a month. What this means, right, is that you're getting consistency without overwhelm. Now, I've done a lot of programs like this in the past. I know how weekly can feel. Have you ever even done, let's say, like, I play volleyball weekly? Do you do something weekly that it can feel like too much? When we have a lot going on, I know when we're stressed out, the answer isn't more. The antidote to more complexity at work or life that's unrelenting is less. And so in less, we accomplish more. When we have our sessions, we go deep. We're able to fully commit. We're able to accomplish what you're looking for. It is the perfect cadence to give you consistency and empowerment with enough time to digest and implement, to experiment, to evaluate. It is the perfect cadence, and that's why I love this program so, so, so much.

Okay, number five, ask my coach. I use an app called signal to help you through it all. This is different than other programs I've seen. There are some programs where maybe someone, if you send an email, they'll respond. One. Maybe somebody will check in with you here and there. I'm here through it all, in the container. You have me. You have me on the ready, right? Even when I'm across the world, you have me. I use this app called signal. It keeps things encrypted. So when we're talking about business mergers or hard bosses or challenging situations at home, our app is safe. If I lose my phone, it's safe. If you lose your phone, your info is safe. And what I love about signal is that it helps provide accountability, direction, clarity, and support. You can truly ask me anything, and that's what's so great about the program, because you're not waiting for the next session to say, hey, I'm thinking about this. What do you think? No, no, no. We're moving through all the time. So you keep running for that six months, and you don't stop. And I say this in the best way because think of me as the wind under your sails. I'm the one encouraging you, guiding you. And for you, it's just such an easy run to take off. All right. Signal is there for you anytime, anyway, all the time, 24/7 you could send messages. I sleep, but you get responses very quickly, so I love signal, and my clients do, too.

Number six. What I love about my coaching program, freedom, is the monthly checkpoints. When you're in the program, you get emailed every month, checkpoints of how things are going. This is important because sometimes if we're people pleasing or if we're just kind of like getting lost in the day to day, we forget to check in and evaluate. This is an intentional, short, but sweet way to say, how are things going? How's my stress? How's the program working for me? What else am I looking for? And that way, you make sure that you graduate, getting everything you want. It's a simple way. Like, this is not work. This is like, this is support. And that's why when I create this, everything is quick and easy. Everything is like, this takes a minute. You do this and you hit a win. You try this and you start to feel better. It's all about quick hits, quick wins. And I love that about the monthly check inside because we get to evaluate and keep building and growing. So love that. Number six are the most monthly check ins.

Number seven, six month program. Number six was that. Number seven. Intentional integration periods. This is so important, being able to not just be a good student, but to really see am I learning. I hear from a lot of my type A clients, well, I can be really good at this because I'm a good student. But like, how do I know this is going to work for me on the other side? I create that in the program. You have periods to implement, experiment and check in with yourself. It's an opportunity to check in with what you learned up to that point in the program and have a supportive framework throughout. So you get to gauge where you're at in the process to mastery. You don't have to just wait till the end of the program to be like, oh, no, I. What's happening? Right? You know where you're at throughout the program all of the time. So you never have to feel like you have to figure it out on your own. Because it's like, I have the training wheels and then I momentarily take them off and we're like, all right, were you able to ride your bike or what do we need to work on? And so I love these intentional integration, period. They're such a wonderful time for you to just check in with yourself. And they're an amazing opportunity to have that, like, future self. Where am I? Period. So those I love so much, those happen a couple of times a year. So those are fun challenges that all of my clients go through together. And we get to experience the shift, the shift of what we're learning, how we're growing, and how we're winning throughout the process. Amazing. Number seven, love my intentional integration periods.

Okay. Number eight of why I love my program, freedom. There is a buffer after graduation. So you're like, wait, what? So how it works is we have our bi monthly sessions, but the way it falls on the calendar is that there's always space after our final session for you to have that final integration. It's like thinking about, you know, if you ever were to go skydiving. It's like you have the little extra parachutes, that safety parachute that, like, protects you as well. So you always have that buffer. You always have that extra little parachute to make sure that when you first make that leap that feels really courageous and bold, and you're like, oh, the program. I've graduated. It's over. You still have support. So there's a period of time after you graduate from your final session that you have support on. Signal the at and you can ask anything and make sure that you are fully ready to fly on your own. So I love the buffer after. It's a really fun, sweet place to be. It's like a playground of, okay, now I get to, like, live it. I get to be it. And my clients always soar in this part of the program.

Number nine, speaking of graduation, see, there was a process here as I went from beginning to end. Clients always graduate better than when they started. So much better. They come to me feeling stressed out, burned out, behind. They come to me feeling overwhelmed, overworked, and ready to throw in the towel. Clients graduate significantly better than what they started. So this leads into number ten, how much better? Like, guaranteed better. My clients always make progress in stress management, time management, confidence, health and work life balance. They thrive. My clients come and have a clearer mind. My clients are better decision makers. They are more productive. They're more confident at work. And when they meet with their new clients, with their teams, they're also more confident when they come home asking for what they need. They're able to find balance at work and at life. They're able to reduce the symptoms or the instances of overthinking and rumination. How much time do we get stuck in? Like, I think I talked about last week, like, the idea of needing to buy a new dishwasher. They just make the decision. They get it done.

When you graduate from my program, you realize that you can ten x your fun and not need to ten x your responsibilities and to still have that synergy. Or you can even ten x your fun and ten x your work responsibilities and still have success in life. It's not one or the other. My clients are experiencing more fun. They're feeling more relaxed and restored. They have a much more vibrant social life. They go on date nights with their partner. They have stronger connections with their family and their friends and their spouse. They're so much more present. They're able to, if they want to leave their job, they leave their job. If they want to stay at their job, they start making strides in their job. They find a role where they're so much more grateful. They're more appreciative. They exercise more, they enjoy the fruits of their hard work. They appreciate the small things, they cultivate the belief that I'm amazing, I'm worth it, I'm confident. Anything that comes my way, I can handle it. And y'all, this is just the beginning. This is what happens when my clients graduate. And this is what happens when you join my program, freedom.

Now, what I want to do right now is dive in and mention that every single day that goes by is an opportunity that you can improve on your chances of fulfilling, having a fulfilling career and a life that feels vibrant and exciting and nourishing. But waiting on this skill is waiting on mastering the skill that this creates. It means waiting on that promotion, waiting on having Saturday mornings with a coffee and a blanket and not thinking about email. It means having a girl's night or a date night and not getting held back because of an RFP that's going out. When we wait on developing the skill, it means that we're waiting on the results that this skill creates. But I'm telling you, when you get started, what we want to be really mindful of is not just, is this going to work for me, or what the cost is, or all of those types of thoughts that might hold us back, but I want you to really be thinking about your worst case scenario right now. You might be living it, or close to living it. For me personally. When I burned out, I was in a hospital, that was my worst case scenario. I don't want that for any of you. I wouldn't want you feeling like you're on the verge of a complete meltdown, or that your heart's going to stop beating or that you're going to drive yourself off the cliff. Cliff.
