Remote healing sessions allow you to receive healing from the comfort of your own home. Private yoga asana &  breathwork and long-distance reiki are available via phone or Zoom.

LONG-DISTANCE REIKI HEALING

Reiki translates from Japanese to ‘Universal Life Energy.’ As we and everything we experience is made up of matter, reiki is an energetic harmonizing and purifying process. This energy works on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels, helping us regain our natural state of peace and well-being.

Transmitted through the ether, Reiki has the ability to release blockages of the energetic body: balancing, smoothing, soothing, and calming. Online clients only.
