  • 4 months of private group coaching with transformational wellness expert, Lauren Baptiste
  • Powerful assessments tools at program start, as well as throughout the journey, to fully understand one's mindset and progress

  • Monthly 1-on-1 personalized calls with Lauren to track individual progress, keep accountable to goals and aspirations, as well as receive support for challenges

  • Bi-weekly group sessions using the evidence-based science of ayurveda to  unlock stressors and tap into your highest self

  • Weekly engagement lessons via email to encourage participants and promote continued effort

  • After each bi-weekly session, you will be encouraged to complete a Practice in Action to personally experience the lesson you recently learned

  • Access to private online community for support, accountability, and access to other relevant resources.
