Healthy Smoothies Recipe: No-Stress Smoothie Recipes

Updated: Jan 31

I used to think smoothies were unhealthy. Most stores create these drinks with chemically frozen ingredients and pasteurized juices. I was turned-off by even the most delicious-looking strawberry banana smoothie.

After hearing a live lecture from Joe “the Juicer” Cross, I learned that juicing is only one way to bring nutrients into the body. Smoothies are another. The best part about making your own smoothies is that you control exactly what goes in it. No more hoping for a healthy smoothies recipe. It’s time to take the blender into your own hands.

Benefits of Fresh Smoothies

Making a smoothie is different than any type of juice. Instead of extracting the juice from the fiber with a juicer, a blender literally blends all ingredients together. Below are some of the many reasons why fresh smoothies are both delicious and nutritious for your healthy smoothies recipe:

  • Supports digestive health

  • Uses all the fiber to sweep toxins through digestive track

  • Aids in regular elimination

  • Satisfies hunger and sustains energy over time

  • Balances blood sugar
